Your program will include nutritional guidance, workouts built for you to do on your own and together in training session, the newest and innovated fitness programs around. Initial Consultation/Fitness Assessment are included.  Interactive phone app included to keep track of workouts, goals, assessments, and nutrition. All sessions are one hour. Sessions take place either in the comfort of your own home or in an exclusive and private personal training gym located right in the heart of Fort Collins, Co. No membership needed.

Small Group Training:

Generation Healthy Small Group Training Fort Collins COYou get together a couple of your friends who have similar fitness goals. Together you will have fun working out to a training program put together for your group to help you reach your goals. These programs will include nutritional advice and the newest and most innovative fitness techniques. Interactive phone app included to keep track of workouts, goals, assessments, and nutrition. Whether your goal is to achieve weight loss, be healthier, gain muscle and core strength or simply enjoy a new challenge, I will help you get there.
